Dispatchers juggled four carrier portals and an SAP transaction to answer "where is order 4512?"
What we built
A single UI5 blotter fed by Event Mesh: deliveries from S/4, tracking from carrier APIs via Integration Suite, and exceptions coloured by an AI classifier that reads carrier free-text notes.
Result
- Dispatchers reclaimed about four hours a day
- Exceptions handled 3× faster
- The blotter became the daily stand-up screen
