What we built
Analytical CDS views with proper associations, an Analytical List Page with drill-down to credit memos, and a small BTP service that writes a plain-English summary of week-over-week changes each Monday.
Result
- One report, both teams
- Weekly review shortened from 90 to 30 minutes
- Summaries caught two pricing errors in the first month
